How do you insert pause between each track ?

Hello again,

Is there a standard number of seconds between tracks on a CD ? If I've understood this correctly, the Waveburner default for this is 2 seconds, which seems very little.

Do I need to also adjust the Pre-Roll and Post-Roll lengths, so that altogether, they add up to a longer pause ?
